We have some news for the shoenistas. WWD announced that the King of shoes Christian Louboutin has moved into the world of beauty. His launch begins today with nail polishes. The signature "Rouge" is debuting at Saks Fifth Avenue Flagship store in New York. On August 6th Rouge Louboutin will make it's appearance at the rest of the Saks stores as well as Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bergdoff Goodman and select Sephora stores. This is just the beginning of Monsieur Louboutin's venture into beauty. There will be 30 shades in total. The nail polishes will displayed with The iconic red bottom shoes where possible. As told to WWD,"The designer grouped his polishes into in three color families — Pop, Nude and Noir — with the signature Louboutin red getting its own special packaging: a glass orb in gradient shades of black, and a black cap taller than the rest — and the same height as a fantasy ballerina shoe with an impossibly high stiletto heel. These beauty products are not for those with light pockets. Louboutin's makeup line is set to be more expensive in stores. The next product in the line is under wraps and will not be revealed until later on.
